MARTINS FERRY — In this image posted on social media by the Belmont County Emergency Management Agency, a truck lies on its side just north of the Martins Ferry city limits. The accident occurred around noon Thursday on Ohio 7 southbound at Belmont County Road 4, also known as Floral Valley. Ohio 7 was closed for a time while crews worked to remove the truck, which is owned by United Dairy. All lanes of the highway are now open. Information on the driver’s condition is not yet available.
