Did you remember to fall back?

Clocks were scheduled to roll back an hour at 2 a.m. today, allowing time for an extra hour of sleep overnight. Nearly eight months of daylight saving time came to an end. It is part of a twice-a-year ritual in which Americans “fall back” in November and “spring forward” in March.
