The statue of a pizza chef at Halloran’s Home Pizza has been a well-known figure in St. Clairsville since the 1970s. After owners Pat and Patty Halloran, left, retired and closed the business in late 2019 they donated this mascot to St. Clairsville. It will now stand in Halloran Park on U.S. 40 West. Thanks also went to Curtis Kyer and his wife, Brenda (not pictured) and mother, Judy, for assisting in giving it a fresh paint job.
