Belmont County Animal Shelter Trick-or-Treat
The Belmont County Animal Shelter’s Trick-or-Treat Night, originally scheduled for Thursday, was delayed by rainy weather. It will be held from 5-7 p.m. Monday outside of the shelter on National Road in St. Clairsville.
Halloween at the Courthouse
The Belmont County Sheriff’s Department will host “Halloween at the Courthouse” on Saturday.
The event, scheduled from 5-8 p.m. on Halloween, will feature treats for children and a variety of holiday-themed decorations. Deputies also will scan candy collected during trick-or-treating to help ensure it is safe to consume.
