T-L Photo/ROBERT A. DEFRANK First responders were called to Hanover Street and Ohio 7 in Martins Ferry for a multiple-vehicle accident Friday night. According to dispatchers at the Martins Ferry Police Department, no one was injured and three vehicles were involved. Traffic was blocked for close to an hour while the damaged vehicles were removed from the scene.
