MORRISTOWN — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Friday afternoon.
Wayne Holpp, 66, of Morristown was driving a 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle east on U.S. 40 and collided with a deer at 3:32 p.m., the patrol reported. The accident happened near milepost 11 in Union Township.
According to the patrol, Holpp was transported to Barnesville Hospital, where he later was pronounced dead.
