Ohio State Highway Patrol Lt. Maurice Waddell, left, and Trooper Tyler Burd investigate a head-on collision that occurred around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. 250 at Sunset Heights. Waddell said the silver Lexus was traveling west when it collided with an eastbound Buick. The driver of the black Buick was transported by emergency squad to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. The other driver refused treatment, Waddell said, and there were no passengers in either vehicle. Additional details are expected to be released when the investigation is complete.
