Belmont County Spelling Bee champion Jacob Theaker visits sites such as the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Pentagon Memorial on Thursday before attending the finals round of the Scripps National Spelling Bee in the evening to watch the remaining contestants compete. Sponsors including The Times Leader, Belmont Savings Bank, Uniglobe Travel, Airport Limousine Service, Bordas & Bordas, Belmont College, Ohio River Valley Elks and the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center made his trip to Washington, D.C., possible.
