POWHATAN POINT — Three helicopters were called to the scene of a house fire Tuesday to transport injured individuals to hospitals for treatment.

The blaze broke out before noon at a home on Cat Hollow Road, just off Ohio 148 at Powhatan Point. Multiple fire departments responded to battle the flames. The extent of the victims’ injuries is unknown at this time, but reports indicate two children and one adult were hurt.
