YORKVILLE -- Mid-Ohio Foodbank and Yorkville United Methodist Church announce that the second 2023 YTR Produce Market will be held 10-11:30 a.m. May 13 at the Yorkville Volunteer Fire Department.
Mid-Ohio Foodbank and Yorkville United Methodist Church in conjunction with Tiltonsville United Methodist Church, Rayland United Methodist Church, St. Vincent's Helping Hands Food Pantry, an outreach of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, and Rush Run Community Chapel is sponsoring a free produce market for eligible residents.
Geographic areas to be served include Yorkville, Tiltonsville, Rayland, Deep Run, Glen Robbins, Upland Heights and Rush Run.
Initial registration requires proof of residency, such as utility bill with address, and Ohio Department of Job and Family Service Guidelines will be used for eligibility determination. The person eligible for produce must be present.
All distributions this season are from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Yorkville VFD. Distributions will be held May 13, June 10, July 8, Sept. 9, and Oct. 14.
Recipients are required to show photo identification at each distribution.
