BELLAIRE -- Village police arrested a man early Sunday for allegedly holding another at gunpoint.
Bellaire Police Chief J.J. Watson said Colton Warner, 21, of 3354 Guernsey St. allegedly entered 800 41st St. Apartment 8, held the occupant up and stole several items.
Watson said Warner was found in possession of the stolen items, as well as a stolen firearm, when he was arrested at his Guernsey Street address.
Warner was lodged in the Belmont County Jail on charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, receiving stolen property, theft, resisting arrest and having a weapon under disability. He remained on the jail roster Tuesday.
Watson said Warner was known to the alleged victim.
"They all knew each other," he said.
"It's still under investigation, so there's not a lot more that's going to be released other than that," Watson added. "We don't want to release a lot at this point and time."
Warner's case was not yet listed in county court records.
