Dozens of local restaurants visit the Capstone Soccer Complex just outside of St. Clairsville for the 22nd annual St. Clairsville Rotary Taste of the Valley on Thursday evening. Attendees got to sample dishes from restaurants from all over the Ohio Valley. The event also featured live music, a cash bar and a silent auction. All proceeds from Taste of the Valley support the St. Clairsville Rotary.
