ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The upcoming Christmas Parade through the city will be bigger and better this year, as the. St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce has welcomed WVU Medicine as its newest Title sponsor.

Chamber of Commerce Director Wendy Anderson said WVU Medicine has long been known for their support of the community and were a welcome addition as a first-time sponsor of the event, which typically draws thousands. She said the parade also has a new date, Dec. 3 rather than November as in prior years.

Representatives of the hospital said this was an excellent opportunity to pursue community commitment.
