Areas of competition included private interviews with a panel of judges, evening gown modeling and the contestants’ choice of a talent presentation. The winners will attend various events during the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival. At least one winner (queen, princess or mini miss) will be present at the Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off on Wednesday, and all three winners will attend the opening ceremony and ribbon-cutting at 5 p.m. Thursday. All winners and runners-up will also attend the Queen’s Luncheon and the Pumpkin Parade on Saturday.
