At 8:18 p.m. Thursday, a caller from the area near Chipotle on Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville reported a hit and run incident. Information was taken for a crash report.
At 6:46 p.m. Thursday, a complainant from an address on Joella Drive came to the station to report that her trailer had been stolen. Information was taken for a theft report.
At 3:10 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Major Road in Flushing reported that nobody was living at a residence on Beal Street in Bridgeport, and she had been instructed to call if she saw anything suspicious. The caller said the blinds on the inside were moving. A deputy responded and reported that the front door was unlocked. He knocked several times, but did not have contact with anyone, according to the report.
At 12:01 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Liston Avenue in Lansing reported there were suspicious people across the road acting as if they were on something, and they had a gas can. There were four males and one female. Units responded and spoke with the individuals. A squad was called for one male.
At 11:10 a.m. Thursday, a doctor's office called to request a welfare check on a woman at an address on Key-Bellaire Road, Bellaire. The doctor's office had not heard from the woman, who was in a wheelchair, has no family, does not go on vacation and does not drive. A deputy responded and spoke with the woman's emergency contact, who said she was fine. She did not have a telephone at the moment, according to the report.
At 10:50 a.m. Thursday, central dispatch received a 911 hangup call from an address in the Pine Lake Trailer Court, National Road, Belmont. Dispatch was unable to get through on a callback. An officer responded and reported that this was an unoccupied trailer that was in the process of being demolished.
At 10:38 a.m. Thursday, a caller from an address on Bobbi Jo Drive in St. Clairsville reported that someone broke into a house on South Hall Street in Belmont and ransacked it. A deputy responded and obtained statements for a breaking and entering report.
At 6:17 a.m. Thursday, a caller from an address on Deep Run Road, Yorkville, stated that a neighbor was outside beeping her horn and waking up everyone in the neighborhood. A deputy responded.
