ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The city of St. Clairsville is no longer under a mandatory water conservation order today, Monday, March 11.
According to the city’s website, the order was in effect for the entire city due to a main line water break that occurred around 9 a.m. The order was lifted early in the afternoon.
