A NEW tanker truck stands outside the Powhatan Point Volunteer Fire Department headquarters. The VFD took delivery of the brand new vehicle Sunday. It was built by the Firovac company in Apple Creek, Ohio. It holds 2,600 gallons of water and can be filled from empty in under two minutes.
