At 4:13 p.m. Sunday, a sergeant responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident with property damage only at an address on Laura Drive in St. Clairsville. Parties exchanged information, according to the report.

At 5:13 p.m. Sunday, a caller in the area of the Colerain IGA on Colerain Road reported two young children near the vape store. A deputy checked the area but did not locate them.

At 5:09 p.m. Sunday, a deputy was out at Kroger on Valley Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville where a male reportedly was hit by an emergency squad. The male did not want to file charges or go to the hospital, according to the report.

At 3:19 p.m. Sunday, deputies assisted units from the Bridgeport Police Department at Big Lots on National Road in Bridgeport to check on the welfare of a female.

At 4:03 p.m. Sunday, a deputy was at the station with a complainant from an address on South Moss Run Road in Bellaire who reported being harassed by a family member. According to the officer, no direct threats were made. Information was taken for a call record. They were advised on how to obtain a civil protection order.

At 12:48 p.m. Sunday, a deputy was out at Powhatan Elementary School on Mt. Victory Road in Powhatan Point performing a walk-through.

At 11:48 a.m. Sunday, a deputy was called to a location on Little Captina Road in Powhatan Point for a report of a dog being beaten by a male. The deputy did not locate anyone matching the caller’s description.

At 10:20 a.m. Sunday, a caller at America’s Best Value Inn on National Road East in St. Clairsville reported that she was attempting to leave and was needing assistance. The cab company would not pick her up unless she went through the app, according to the report. The complainant stated that the app was not working, and she did not have enough money for another night at the hotel. A sergeant responded, and a cab was ordered for her, according to the report.
