— 11:46 p.m. Sunday, a 911 call with an open line was received from an address in Bellaire. A male could be heard cutting in and out on the line before it disconnected, the report stated. A deputy responded. The male was reporting an underage party in Shadyside, according to the officer, who passed information along to Shadyside Police.

— 11:26 p.m. Sunday, a deputy at the Belmont County Jail escorted an inmate to Trinity Hospital in St. Clairsville for an evaluation. The deputy subsequently transported the inmate back to jail.

— 10:54 p.m. Sunday, the Ohio State Highway Patrol received a complaint from a male at Oil City RV Park regarding a truck doing donuts there. Deputies responded, and the vehicle was located. Officers spoke with all parties and cleared the scene.

— 10:54 p.m. Sunday, a deputy responded to the area of Golden Ticket Cinemas at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville for a report of a male passed out inside a vehicle. After the deputy’s arrival, the male was awake, speaking and was checked out by emergency medical services personnel. The deputy gave the male a ride home, and the vehicle was secured at the cinema.

— 10:24 p.m. Sunday, a deputy responded to an address on Pipe Creek Road in Jacobsburg for a report of a vehicle fire on private property. The officer reported it to be an accidental fire.

— 9:26 p.m. Sunday, a manager at the Super 8 Motel on Matthews Drive in St. Clairsville reported hearing a loud noise coming from a room. The complainant heard glass breaking and yelling, according to the report. Deputies were dispatched. Another hotel guest also reported hearing glass shattering. Contact was made with a male in one of the rooms. The male was alone and on the phone while yelling. Glass was broken in the room, officers noted. Hotel management agreed to allow the male to pay for the broken items and remain until the morning, according to the report.

— 9 p.m. Sunday, a deputy on a traffic stop in the 4500 block of Harrison Street in Bellaire issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for a stop sign violation.

— 8:59 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Hillview Avenue in Bellaire reported that children were riding bikes in the roadway. A deputy responded and spoke with juveniles at the location. They also had a four-wheeler and were advised to take it home.

— 5:57 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that children were riding dirt bikes on the road in Flushing. Units patrolled the area but did not locate them. A deputy responded to take information for a report. The officer followed up with suspected parties at an address on Mulberry Street in Barnesville.

— 4:54 p.m. Sunday, a caller to central dispatch asked to speak with someone about a vehicle being struck on Eric Drive in St. Clairsville. A sergeant responded and was told the other vehicle left without stopping. There was no damage beyond a hitch, according to the report. The caller requested the incident be documented.

— 3:05 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that renters caused damage to property on Meadow Avenue in St. Clairsville. A deputy responded. The caller was advised to pursue the matter in civil court for eviction proceedings.

— 2:25 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Buckeye Street in Lafferty reported that individuals had been staying at his house. They had moved out and left the front door open. Equipment was taken, and the front porch was damaged, the caller reported.

— 1:41 p.m. Sunday, a caller from Walmart in St. Clairsville requested a well-being check on an employee. An officer responded and spoke with the individual, who voluntarily went to Trinity Hospital in St. Clairsville.

— 10:36 a.m. Sunday, a caller from Garrett Hill Road in St. Clairsville reported that his mailbox was vandalized. A deputy responded.

— 10:05 a.m. Sunday, an officer on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 eastbound near mile marker 216 in St. Clairsville issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for driving with expired plates.

— 5:43 p.m. Sunday, an officer responded to an address on National Road in St. Clairsville after a 911 hang-up call was received from that location. The officer met with the caller at her home, and she was found to be fine, according to the report.

— 12:38 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that someone attempted to enter a front door at an address on Wegee Road in Shadyside, but a dog stopped them. Deputies responded and checked the area but found nothing.
