— 10:56 p.m., a caller reported that she had video footage of a female going to an address on West Pope Creek Road in Jacobsburg and stealing food. Information was taken for a report.
— 10:51 p.m., an officer on a traffic stop on Lincoln Avenue in Bridgeport issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for a turn signal violation. One female was taken to jail on an active warrant, the report indicated.
— 10:42 p.m., an officer was out with a large gathering at Sheetz on Addie Way in St. Clairsville. They were all advised to move along.
— 7:44 p.m., a caller from an address on East Main Street in Belmont reported that the neighbor’s ducks were fighting with his ducks. An officer responded and reported that the ducks were separated.
— 6:16 p.m., a caller from a business on National Road in St. Clairsville reported that a customer stole a carton of cigarettes.
— 7:57 p.m., a caller reported a large fire with kids around it on Silhouette Drive in Colerain Township. An officer responded but did not locate anyone.
— 3:05 p.m., a man from an address on Liston Avenue in Lansing came to the station to request help in locating his guns. According to the complainant, his family took his guns when he went into the nursing home. The complainant’s son verified that the guns were with him in Columbus. The owner was notified that the guns were with his son.
— 2:07 p.m., a deputy on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 westbound near mile marker 215 in St. Clairsville issued a warning to a motorist for speeding.
— 12:42 p.m., a detective on a traffic stop on Interstate 470 eastbound in St. Clairsville issued a verbal warning to an Ohio motorist for an unsafe lane change.
— 12:04 p.m., an officer was out with a unit from the Powhatan Point Police Department at an address on Rocky Fork Road in Jacobsburg attempting to serve a warrant. One male was taken into custody and taken to jail.
— 10:58 a.m., a caller from a worksite on Lude Road in St. Clairsville reported thousands of dollars in merchandise stolen overnight. Units responded and gathered information, including a list of all stolen items.
— 10:44 a.m., an officer on a traffic stop on Sycamore Street in Powhatan Point reported that a K-9 gave a positive indication on the vehicle. Drugs were found under the driver’s seat. A tow company was called to take the vehicle. One male was transported to jail.
— 10:06 a.m., a unit was out near the Moundsville Bridge in Meade Township on a traffic stop. A written warning was issued to an Ohio motorist for speeding.
— 9:43 a.m., a deputy responded to an address on West Captina Highway in Beallsville for a report of a stolen engine hoist.

— 10:01 p.m., an officer on a traffic stop on National Road in St. Clairsville near Whiteside’s issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for a traffic control device violation.
— 9:30 p.m., a caller requested a welfare check on a 20-year-old female at an address on Banfield Road in St. Clairsville. An officer responded but did not locate her.
— 9:13 p.m., a caller reported that there was a deer foaming at the mouth and running around the complex at an address on Commercial Drive in Bridgeport. An officer responded but did not locate the deer.
— 8:23 p.m., a caller reported that a vehicle with the hood ripped off and no plates was sitting by the park on East Main Street in Holloway. An officer responded and reported that the village will tow the vehicle.
— 5:15 p.m., deputies responded to an address on Second Street in Lafferty for a call about a 14-year-old male attacking a caller. The male left before officers arrived.
— 4:45 p.m., a caller from Mt. Olivett Road in Barnesville complained about two juveniles on dirt bikes. An officer responded but did not locate them.
— 2:14 p.m., deputies responded to an address on Jewell Avenue in Holloway for a complaint about dirt bikes on the road. Officers did not locate them.
— 2:06 p.m., a deputy responded to an address on Nelan Road in Neffs for a report of a stolen gun.
— 1:15 p.m., an officer initiated a traffic stop on Washington Street in Bellaire. A warning was issued to a Pennsylvania motorist for a window tint violation.
— 12:39 p.m., a caller from an address on National Road in Bridgeport reported fraud in the amount of $10,000 from a debit relief company. Information was taken for a theft report.
— 12:27 p.m., a caller from an address on National Road in Bridgeport reported that his ex-wife took a muzzleloader and his phone. The caller did not want to press charges — he just wanted it on the record.
— 11:38 a.m., a caller from an address on Buena Vista Drive in Colerain reported her wallet lost or stolen earlier in the month. She already replaced everything but needed a report on file. Information was taken.
— 11:21 a.m., an officer on a traffic stop on Ohio 7 northbound at the Picoma exit in Martins Ferry issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for an equipment violation.
— 8:37 a.m., deputies responded to an address on Hanover Street in Martins Ferry to assist police units on a call about a male with a knife. The male was detained.
— 7:27 a.m., a deputy initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 70 eastbound at mile marker 220 in Bridgeport. A warning was issued to the motorist for speeding.
— 1:12 a.m., a caller from Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane in St. Clairsville reported that a male in the parking lot was being loud. Units responded. The male did not speak English, but officers reported that they believed he understood to be quiet.
— 12:04 a.m., a deputy assisted Shadyside Police at an address on West 51st Street in Shadyside where a complaint was issued about an underage drinking party.
