-- 10:41 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious car idling in the parking lot at the Days Inn West on Holiday Drive in St. Clairsville after individuals in a room had been told to leave. Deputies responded and determined the vehicle belonged to a night-shift employee, according to the report. Deputies checked the rooms and found an intoxicated female still there. A sober driver picked up the female, according to officers.

-- 10:06 p.m., units responded to a report of domestic trouble at an address on Jug Run Road, St. Clairsville. A caller reported her sister was physically assaulted by her husband inside a recreational vehicle on the property. Rick Lee McFee was arrested and booked into the Belmont County Jail on a charge of domestic violence.

-- 9:49 p.m., a caller reported seeing flashlights in the cemetery off Barton-Blaine Road in Bridgeport. Deputies responded and made contact with groundskeepers who were preparing a gravesite. The caller was notified.

-- 7:10 p.m., a caller reported a cow was loose on Provident Road in St. Clairsville. An officer attempted to contact the owner.

-- 6:58 p.m., a caller reported a car was stopped in the crosswalk on Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville. The caller later advised the vehicle was moving. According to the report, the vehicle crossed the mall lot, went over a curb and struck a guardrail. Deputies responded along with emergency medical service personnel. One male was transported to the Ohio State Highway Patrol for testing, according to the report. He was later released to a family member. Bill's Towing was contacted to remove the vehicle, per the owner. Information was gathered for a crash report involving a motor vehicle accident with property damage only.

-- 2:51 p.m., a caller was at the WesBanco bank on Valley Centre Boulevard in St. Clairsville when an elderly woman got her card stuck in an ATM. The caller reported using a pair of pliers to help remove the card and said no damage was done to the machine. The caller wanted the incident documented in case the bank had concerns later, according to the report.

-- 2:50 p.m., deputies were dispatched to an address on Conno Mara Drive in Bellaire for a report of a missing purse. Information was gathered for a theft report.

-- 1:19 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle was blocking the road at a location on Bend Fork Road in Jacobsburg. The vehicle was towed, with a report to follow, according to an officer.

-- 9:08 a.m., units assisted St. Clairsville Police at Riesbeck's Food Market on Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville. One male was taken into custody, according to the report.
