The caller said this had been going on for at least an hour and 30 minutes. A deputy responded and spoke with a group of people. A juvenile advised it was likely his truck and that nobody was revving a motorcycle. The deputy advised them to be mindful.
-- 10:44 p.m., Monroe County requested a welfare check on a mother and two children at an address on McDowell Road in Barnesville. Deputies were dispatched and made contact with the mother and both children. Everyone appeared to be OK and in good health, according to deputies.
-- 6:43 p.m., A 911 call with an open line was received from an address on Blue Spruce Drive in St. Clairsville. A deputy responded and made contact with the residents. The call was deemed accidental.
-- 4:52 p.m., The Ohio State Highway Patrol requested assistance with a crash on Interstate 70 near mile marker 202 in Kirkwood Township. Deputies responded. Troopers were on scene upon deputies’ arrival and handled the crash.
-- 4:50 p.m., A caller reported her daughter was receiving threats from someone she knew. Deputies responded to an address on East Main Street in Holloway to take information.
-- 3:54 p.m., A caller from an address on Powhatan-Shadyside Road in Powhatan Point reported a vehicle on the property had been vandalized. The caller was advised to have the owner contact the sheriff’s office if a report was needed.
-- 3:30 p.m., A complainant came to the sheriff’s office to report an assault that allegedly occurred the previous night on Miller Road in Lafferty.
-- 2:57 p.m., A caller from an address on Brown Street in Belmont reported a suspicious black truck in the neighborhood. A deputy responded and searched the area but found nothing.
-- 1:53 p.m., A caller from Sheetz on Addie Way in St. Clairsville reported three males stole about $40 worth of merchandise. Information was taken for a report. At 2:16 p.m., deputies attempted a follow-up at an address on National Road, according to the report.
-- 1:08 p.m., A caller reported a domestic incident involving a 15-year-old at a location in Jerusalem in Somerset Township. Deputies responded and took information for a report.
-- 12:38 p.m., A caller reported his truck was involved in a hit-skip crash at Sam’s Club on Valley Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville. A deputy reviewed surveillance footage with the store manager. Damage did not occur at Sam’s Club, according to the report.
-- 10:36 a.m., A deputy assisted at the scene of a truck fire on Homestead Drive in Barnesville. The fire department extinguished the blaze, according to the report.
-- 9:47 a.m., A caller from an address on Shaver Hill Road in Shadyside reported she had been harassed online and wanted to make a statement. Deputies responded.
-- 8:14 a.m., A caller from Twenty Six Road in Morristown reported a woman lying near the side of the road. Deputies responded but did not locate anyone.
-- 4:58 a.m., A caller from an address on Noble Street in Bellaire reported he had been assaulted several hours earlier near Pike 40 on National Road in Morristown.
-- 4:21 a.m., An anonymous caller from Glenwood Road in Wheeling reported a loud underage party on Miller Road in the Flushing area. The caller declined to provide her name or additional information. A deputy patrolled the area but found nothing.
-- 1:25 a.m., The Ohio State Highway Patrol requested deputies respond to the Interstate 70 overpass near mile marker 215 after a caller reported juveniles walking in the roadway. Deputies and St. Clairsville police checked the area but found nothing.

-- 11:55 p.m., Deputies conducting a traffic stop on Ohio 7 northbound past the Yorkville exit found nothing after receiving consent to search a vehicle. A written warning was issued to an Ohio motorist for a faulty tag light.

No threats were made and no physical violence occurred, according to the report. The teen was transported to WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital by his grandmother.
-- 7:15 a.m., Deputies responded to the Pilot Travel Center on Belmont-Morristown Road after a report of a man with a knife. A complainant said two men pulled a knife on him before leaving westbound on Interstate 70 in a truck. The incident was reportedly captured on video. Information was taken for a report. Cambridge authorities later stopped the vehicle at the weigh station, and a deputy responded to assist. Information was taken for a report.
-- 6:33 a.m., A caller reported a suspicious woman trying to enter a location on Patton’s Run Road in Martins Ferry. Deputies located the woman and gave her a ride to an address on 10th Street in Martins Ferry. Officers spoke with the resident, and the woman had permission to stay.
-- 4:12 a.m., Deputies responded to Sheetz on Addie Way in St. Clairsville after a report of a man sleeping inside the store. Deputies verified the man had a valid Utah driver’s license, and he left the premises.
-- 3:09 a.m., Deputies working a special detail outside the new Academy Sports store at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville checked storage sheds to ensure no one was sleeping inside. There were no signs of activity, according to the report.
-- 2:57 a.m., Deputies conducting a traffic stop in the Denny’s parking lot in St. Clairsville issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for improper display.
