-- 11 p.m., a caller reported that people were having intercourse in a vehicle in the parking lot outside of Chick-fil-A on Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville. An officer responded. Both individuals had motor vehicle operator's licenses registered in West Virginia. They were advised to leave.
-- 9:49 p.m., an officer responded to a report of a mental health crisis at an address on Mount Hope Road in Flushing. An emergency medical service squad was also dispatched, and a female was transported to WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital. A deputy followed the squad to the hospital, according to the report.
-- 8:21 p.m., a caller reported finding a small child walking down the road at an address in Colerain Township near Bridgeport. At 8:48 p.m., the child was back with its mother, the report stated.
-- 7:52 p.m., a deputy was out at A1 Fuel Mart in St. Clairsville assisting a male with transportation issues. He was given a ride to Bridgeport.
-- 6:57 p.m., a complainant reported that an individual was at Chapter Square on Belmont Avenue in Bridgeport and was not allowed in the facility. An officer advised the owner that he had to trespass that subject to be in force.
-- 6:19 p.m., individuals in different vehicles on Buckeye Street in Flushing issued complaints about being attacked by one another. Units responded. Parties were separated, and information was taken for a report.
-- 5:01 p.m., a complainant came to the station to report a hit-skip that occurred by a lightpole outside of Dunham's parking lot at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville. The complainant's vehicle only had two scratches on a vanity plate. The complainant requested that a deputy try to watch the surveillance footage.
-- 4:17 p.m., a complainant from an address on Vineyard Road in St. Clairsville came to the station to report that a male was harassing her. A deputy advised the complainant about how to obtain a civil protection order. The complainant declined pressing criminal charges at this time.
-- 9:48 p.m., a caller from Barnesville wanted to report harassment by her aunt. A sergeant spoke to her. The complainant was going to seek a civil protection order, according to the report.
-- 8:35 a.m., a caller reported that a male had been in the area of Dysart Woods Road in Belmont at night on private property. A sergeant was advised on the call. Extra patrols in the area were requested.
-- 3:15 a.m., a caller reported that a truck struck a diesel pump at the Pilot Travel Center on Belmont-Morristown Road in Morristown. Information was taken for an accident report with property damage only.
-- 1:48 a.m., units were on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 near the Interstate 470 split. Two males and two females were taken to jail, the report indicated.
-- 1:22 a.m., a caller requested a well check on a 76-year-old female at an address on Hope Lane in Bridgeport. Units and an EMS squad arrived on the scene. The squad took the female, according to the report.
-- 12:05 a.m., a caller from an address in Bellaire reported that her neighbor sent a voice clip saying she beat up her 13-year-old son. There was also a 4-year-old autistic son at the residence, according to the report. Children were picked up by their aunt, and information was given about how to obtain a temporary protection order, the report indicated.

-- 11:47 p.m., units on a traffic stop on Noble Street in Bellaire issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for an equipment violation.
-- 10:10 p.m., a manager at Golden Ticket Cinemas on Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville reported that a woman was walking out of that location with a child, and the child was screaming. An officer responded and made contact with the woman, who advised that everything was fine. The juvenile was having behavioral issues due to loud noises.
-- 7:56 p.m., a caller from an address on Main Street in Martins Ferry reported that his wife was throwing his items outside and that he wanted to leave. An emergency medical service squad was requested for a mental health evaluation on the female, who refused to be checked by the squad. She was made aware of resources if she needed them, according to the report, which stated that nothing criminal occurred.

Neither had identification, and they did not speak English, the report indicated. Walmart was handling the situation, according to the report.

A male was screaming into the phone, according to the report. There was no answer upon callback. An officer responded to the address and checked the area, but nothing was found.

-- 1:07 p.m., an inmate was on recorded jail calls making contact with a victim in his case, according to the report. There was a protection order in place prohibiting him from contacting her, and a report and charges were to be filed.
-- 11:04 a.m., a deputy was out at an address on Mackey Drive in Barnesville assisting with an eviction. Locks were changed, and the eviction was completed, the officer reported.
-- 10:24 a.m., a 911 hangup call was received from an address on Northwest Street in Flushing. Some slight noises could be heard in the background during the call, according to central dispatch. A sergeant responded and reported that everything was OK there.

-- 8:57 a.m., central dispatch advised that a caller from an address on Farr Road in Bridgeport reported that a neighbor's dog attacked his dog. A sergeant was advised of the call, and the dog warden was to be contacted.

The caller's wife could be heard in the background telling the caller that they were fine. The caller's wife stated that the male has dementia. An officer responded and reported that everything was fine there.
-- 5:12 a.m., a caller from Bethesda-Belmont Road reported that three kids on bikes stole a stop sign and were headed toward Bethesda. Deputies responded. One juvenile was given a ride home. Two signs were confiscated. Charges will be sent in, according to the report. One male was released to his mother.
-- 12:22 a.m., an anonymous caller reported that a suspicious male was walking through people's yards on Walnut Street in Bridgeport. A deputy made contact with the male matching the description. He was advised to stay out of people's yards.
