-- 11:32 p.m., a deputy assisted Bridgeport Police with a call about a woman who was screaming before she jumped into a blue truck on South Zane Highway in Martins Ferry.

-- 9:46 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious person pushing a motorcycle in the southbound lane of Ohio 7 in Bridgeport. An officer responded and found a female pushing a cart. She was OK and was escorted off the roadway. She was advised to stay off the roadway.

-- 8:35 p.m., a caller reported an ongoing issue with her neighbor and the neighbor's perimeter cameras at an address on Shaver Hill Road in Shadyside. The caller said she felt the cameras were put up so the neighbor could watch them. A deputy spoke with the caller and advised her that this was a civil issue. The deputy attempted to contact the neighbor but could not reach them.

-- 7:46 p.m., a caller from an address on Ebbert South Road in St. Clairsville wanted to report threats and harassment from a landlord/roommate. The caller was advised that this was a civil issue.

-- 1:24 p.m., central dispatch advised that a caller from an address on Bellview Drive in Bellaire reported that someone broke her window and opened the door. Nothing was missing, according to the caller, who reported that this was all that happened. She believed it was an attempted breaking and entering. Deputies responded to the scene. Units then went to Kroger to try to make contact with a suspect. Officers were out with a male behind Kroger. He was detained and then released. Information was taken and charges were to be sent to the prosecutor's office.

-- 7:02 a.m., central dispatch advised of a male on the ground covered by a blanket at the Family Dollar store on National Road in Bridgeport. A deputy responded and found a female waiting for Big Lots to open, according to the report. She was moving along, the officer noted.

-- 12:45 a.m., a caller stated that a male had been walking around the parking lot at the Best Western on National Road in St. Clairsville all day and had refused to leave. An officer patrolled for the male but did not locate him. Items located were those belonging to a male identified by authorities. That male was located at Sheetz and was advised not to go back to the property except to get his things, the officer reported.
