The incident was a verbal exchange between residents and the nursing home was to handle the matter internally. A deputy returned to the address to speak with the complainant after he called 911 and was reportedly belligerent and threatening toward the dispatcher. After a lengthy conversation, the man settled down, the report stated.
-- 10:17 p.m., a caller from Bellaire reported a suspicious male was captured on cameras on her property, possibly heading toward Neffs. The area was patrolled, but nothing was found. An officer spoke with neighbors, who had not seen anyone.
-- 9:14 p.m., a caller reported a male in a jacked-up SUV was driving at a high rate of speed. The caller also said the man had a firearm and a history of harassing her and her family. Barnesville police located the vehicle on East Main Street in Barnesville. The caller requested extra patrols.
-- 8:10 p.m., an officer responded to an anonymous report of possible domestic trouble at an address in Bellaire. The officer said there were ongoing issues, but everything was fine.
-- 7:34 p.m., a deputy from the Hunt County, Texas, Sheriff’s Office called to verify that a missing trailer was at a location in the Walmart parking lot in St. Clairsville. A Belmont County Sheriff’s Office deputy confirmed the trailer was there. The owner was to travel from Texas to retrieve it, the report stated.
-- 6:49 p.m., a caller from Belmont complained about a dog barking outside. An officer responded. The address was in the country and the dog was taken inside at dark, the officer indicated.
-- 6:28 p.m., a caller from St. Clairsville reported that his father had a temporary protection order against him and he was concerned his father was throwing his belongings out in garbage bags at the residence. A deputy spoke with the caller and referred him to civil process.
-- 4:46 p.m., a complainant came to the station and reported that he left a truck stuck overnight at Seven Creeks in Jacobsburg. When he returned, the truck had been burned. Information and photos were taken.
-- 3:50 p.m., a caller from Flushing reported someone was digging in the right of way. Information was taken for a report.
-- 3:47 p.m., a caller from Powhatan Point reported copper was stolen from the property.
-- 2:44 p.m., an officer responded to the area of Valley Pool and Spa on Valley Centre Boulevard in St. Clairsville for a motor vehicle accident involving property damage only. Motorists exchanged information.
-- 2:27 p.m., a caller from an address in Morristown reported a female in the house was behaving erratically and throwing items. The caller was in a vehicle with pets. Officers responded to the report of domestic trouble.
-- 2:10 p.m., a caller from Abley’s Crossing/Bethesda Meadows on Virginia Street in Bethesda reported a male employee was being aggressive. The caller said she was locked in an office and the male was being terminated. Officers responded. He was trespassed and escorted off the property.

-- 1:19 p.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol requested a unit to assist in stopping a commercial truck with a tank leaking gas on Interstate 470 westbound near Exit 3 in Bellaire. A sergeant was advised of the call.
-- 12:33 p.m., a caller reported a Jeep over the bank near Belmont. Deputies responded. There was no license plate. Deputies ran the vehicle identification number. The caller was advised that it would be up to the property owner to have the vehicle towed.
-- 11:50 a.m., an officer initiated a traffic stop on Ohio 7 southbound at Ohio Street in Martins Ferry. One male and one female were taken to jail and the vehicle was towed.
-- 8:59 a.m., a caller from an address in Jacobsburg reported dogs were being neglected and barking constantly. A deputy responded. A unit went to an address on Jacobsburg-Centerville Road to speak with a neighbor.
-- 7:54 a.m., a deputy helped an older man with a walker off the ground at Burger King on Belmont Street in Bellaire. A unit was to give him a ride to the Marathon around the corner. The officer dropped off the man.
-- 7:32 a.m., central dispatch reported a caller from an address on Hall Street in Maynard said her ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend were in the bushes at the address. The complainant said he had been stalking her. Deputies responded and searched the property but found nothing. The report stated the caller had possible mental health issues.
