The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, received a full escort from law enforcement and other riders Tuesday afternoon, setting off from The Highlands and weaving its way through Ohio and Belmont counties before arriving at the Belmont County Fairgrounds.
