ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Kaitlyn Kuhn pleaded not guilty to one count of endangering children. She was arraigned in Belmont County Common Pleas Court by Judge Chris Berhalter on Thursday morning. Kuhn was represented by Belmont County Public Defender Aaron Miller. Her charge stems from the death of a child while in Kuhn’s care and custody. Ohio pulls 1,200 commercial truck licenses for immigration guidelines

The state of Ohio is downgrading the commercial driver’s license of 1,200 foreign-born truck drivers for failing to meet new federal requirements on documenting proof that they are in the United States legally.
