TAMMY LEA JACKOWSKI
Tammy Lea Jackowski, 58, of Belmont, Ohio, died October 18, 2016, at her home. She was born on June 1, 1958, in Washington, Pa., to the late Ralph Zediker and Margaret Fox Zediker.
A very unique and giving person, Tammy had a giving heart, always giving with joy. She was very dedicated to her family and had a great love for country music.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Jackowski; sisters, Peggy Lovejoy, Frances (Turk) Russell; and brother, David Zediker.
Tammy is survived by her sons, Toby Milliken of Lebanon, Ohio, Roy (Andrea) Milliken of Columbus, Ohio, Michael Jackowski of Blacklick, Ohio; daughters, Lisa (Herb) Powell of Bridgeport, Ohio, Jennifer Jackowski of Belmont, Ohio; seven grandchildren; brother, Ralph (Mary Jo) Zediker of Bethesda, Ohio; and sisters, Verna (Paul) Dangelo and Sue Ellen Zediker all of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Family and friends are invited to visit, Sunday from 2-6 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service, beginning at 11 a.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 North Main St., Bethesda, Ohio. Pastor Ed Eberhart officiating. Interment will follow at Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Lafferty, Ohio.
