JAMES KINNEY
James E. Kinney, 64, of St. Clairsville, died July 26, 2017, at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born Jan. 6, 1953, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Leon E. and Helen Thoburn Kinney.
He was retired from Kroger; was a photographer; and was a Catholic by faith.
James is survived by his wife, Robin; children, James (Sheryl) Kinney, Jr. of Oklahoma, and Joshua Kinney of St. Clairsville; siblings, Jane (Jerry) Parsons, Janice (Rick) Frye, Judi (Richard, Sr.) Conaway, and Leon (Helen) Kinney, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Sunday, July 30, 2017, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH, 43192.
A memorial mass will be held at a later date. Interment at the convenience of the family.
