NELSON MOBLEY

He was born Feb. 16, 1923, near Beallsville, a son of the late Leslie and Alta Taylor Mobley. He was a retired welder with Macomber Steel Company.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Nora Lee Crum Mobley; a son, Greg; an infant daughter, Theresa; a granddaughter, Tera Joy; two brothers, Herman and James Mobley; a sister, Jessie Taylor; and a companion, Hazel Kanzigg.

Surviving are four children, Mark Mobley, Sheila (Clark) Harter, Jacqueline (David) Beck, and Lorie (Paul) Bowman; a brother, Homer Mobley; four sisters, Mary Conaway, Grace Sell, Pearl Harris, and Freda Phillips; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Harper Funeral Home, Beallsville, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in Beallsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Gas Cards, Inc., c/o Shirley Brown, 48397 Keylor Hill Rd., Woodsfield, OH, 43793.
