HAROLD BILYEU

He was born September 3, 1928 near Beallsville, a son of the late Edward and Grace Carpenter Bilyeu. He was a member of the Church of Christ and a retired electrical foreman with the former ORMET Corporation near Hannibal.

Harold was a man of many talents and interests; he enjoyed traveling and for years and he had his private pilot’s license.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lela Wolfe Bilyeu, a grandson, Mark Bilyeu; two brothers, Dick Bilyeu and Lewis Bilyeu.

Surviving are three sons, Bill (Patti) Bilyeu of St. Clairsville, Dave Bilyeu of Beallsville, and Gary (Ann) Bilyeu of McConnelsville; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Harper Funeral Home, 52728 Ohio Avenue, Beallsville. Burial follows in Beallsville Cemetery.
