LOUIS FRASNELLI JR.

He was born January 10, 1939, a son of the late Louis and Elda Mae (Turro) Frasnelli Sr.

Fraz was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, where he volunteered as a greeter, assisted with funeral luncheons and the Seven Dolores fish fries; a member of the Elm Grove Civics and was the past president of the Italian American Club. He worked on many projects such as bingo and Beast of the East with Elm Grove Civics and helping with the Sons of Italy during the Italian Festival. Fraz loved playing slot machines.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Maryann Mucheck and brother- in-law, Rudy Mucheck.

Fraz is survived by his loving wife, of 46 years, Sandy (Mucheck) Frasnelli; one son, Steve (Terri) Frasnelli; three siblings, Robert (Rosemary) Frasnelli, William (Mary) Frasnelli and Rosella Mitchell; one granddaughter, Miranda Frasnelli; many nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff and nurses at Acuity Specialty Hospital and DAVITA Dialysis Center for all their hard work, care and compassion.

Family and friends will be received Friday, January 11, 2019, at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, from 2-8 p.m. with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, January 12, at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Monsignor Paul Hudock as celebrant. Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
