RAY BESECE
Ray Maurice Besece, 90, of Dillonvale, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019, in his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Dillonvale on October 27, 1928, a son of the late Carlo and Velma (Ulczynski) Besece. Ray served his country in the United States Navy and was a life member of the National Rifle Association. He was also a member of the Pine Valley Sportsman Club, the Dillonvale American Legion and the Teamsters.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lorraine (Blahovec) Besece; sons, Robert (Joyce) Besece and Byron (Kathy) Besece all of Dillonvale; a daughter, Karen Rae (Nick) Campagna of Georgetown, TX; a brother, Carl (Adonna) Besece; a sister, Monica (Tino) Viviana; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family is being served by the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 2nd St., Dillonvale.
