BETTY FULTON

She was born May 17, 1929, in Warnock, a daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl West Psait.

Betty was retired from Foster’s Store in Warnock. She was a member of Warnock Community Church where she served as a deacon and elder and she was a former trustee of Warnock Cemetery.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Fulton; a grandson, Joey Fulton; a brother, Ronald Psait; and two sisters, Wanda Foster and Eleanor Belyk.

Surviving are her sons, Lynn (Rita) Fulton and Kelly (Kathy) Fulton both of Warnock, nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Warnock Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
