JOHN CUNARD

He was born on May 20, 1944, in Barnesville to the late Walker and Hilda (Boyd) Cunard.

Donald was a graduate of Barnesville High School and served in the United States Army Reserves. He was a lifelong dairy farmer on the farm his grandparents started in 1901.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Beth Ann (Dickson) Cunard on February 8, 2015; and a sister, Marjorie “Margie” A. Carpenter.

Donald is survived by children, Russ Cunard of Quaker City and Jaime (Robert) Scott of St. Clairsville; step-daughter, Tessa Danford of Barnesville; and two grandchildren, John Alan Cunard and Bodie Scott.

In honoring Donald’s wishes, cremation will take place with no services held. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly- Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Donald’s memory to the Barnesville FFA, 910 Shamrock Drive, Barnesville, Ohio 43713 or to the Belmont County Dairy Youth Program, 269 Roosevelt Road, Barnesville, Ohio 43713.
