SARAH BILLINGSLEY

She was born on June 8 1998, in Steubenville, OH, the daughter of Tammy Butler and Robert Billingsley.

Sarah was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Russell and Anna Billingsley; two cousins, Daniel Winland and Austin Butler; an aunt, Rebecca McAnich; and her significant other, Hugh John Lasater.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Taylor Billingsley (Zachary McCarthy); maternal grandparents, Richard and Karen Butler; three nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Sarah and celebrate her life on Saturday, November 30, from noon, until the time of service of 3 p.m., at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Reverend James Agnew officiating.
