NICK FLEAGANE
Nick Fleagane, 87, of Morristown, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his Florida home, December 25, 2019, with his wife, Candice, by his side.
Nick was born July 5, 1932, in McKeesport, Pa.
He was the son of John Fleagane and Irene MacDonald. Nick was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church and a member of the Masons.
At the early age of 14, Nick drove truck for his father, the owner of Fleagane Trucking. The family moved to Cadiz to pursue endeavors in the coal industry. Nick was an associate of R&F Coal an owner of AB&L Transfer Co. He also owned the popular Mediterranean restaurant in Morristown, Oh.
In addition to his parents, Nick was preceded in death by his siblings, Robert, George, Jane, Audrey and Fern.
Surviving are his wife, Candace, daughters, Nikki Gordon, Robin (Dave) Stout, Jamy (Bob) D’arizzo, Heidi Riley, Wendy Fleagane, stepchildren, Jodie (Larry) Swiger, Stephanie (Kevin) Miller, Christopher (Raluka) Bruce, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren
A memorial service will be held in spring of 2020. Nick was an avid animal lover and enjoyed helping his wife with her organization. Memorial donations may be made to Belmont County Cat Stray Shun,
