JIMMY BAUGH

Jimmy Baugh passed away surrounded by his loving family at The James Cancer Center, in Columbus, OH, on February 10, 2020.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Amy Baugh; two children, Christopher (Allie) Baugh, Alison (Mike) Muklewicz; his parents, Jim and Barbara Baugh; five grandchildren, Ryah, Lex, Kash, Bane and Deklan; a sister, Kim (Lee) Smith; two brothers, Tommy (Allison) Baugh and Chad (Marty) Baugh; along with several nieces and nephews. All of which are residents of St. Clairsville.

Born on August 20, 1961, in Wheeling, WV. He graduated from St. Clairsville High School in 1979. He retired from the Belmont County Water Department after over 30 years of service. As a 2019, St. Clairsville Hall of Fame inductee, he was one of five players to earn All-OVAC accolades in baseball, football and basketball.

Jimmy was an avid fan of fishing, golfing, bowling and baseball. As an active staple in the St. Clairsville community, he spent several decades involved in the Saints Club, Jr Sports, and Post 159 Baseball.

Above all, his favorite pastime was spending time with his five grandchildren and family closely followed by watching his beloved Kansas City Chiefs, who just secured their first Superbowl in over 50 years just a week before his passing.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Thoburn United Methodist Church, in St. Clairsville, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., with service beginning thereafter. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery. Arrangements made by Toothman Funeral Home of St. Clairsville.
