SHIRLEY BRYAN

She was born September 22, 1948, daughter of Roy F. Lucas and the late Mary Jean Ayers Lucas.

Sue was a graduate of Martins Ferry High School, an office manager for Dr. Wilcox and was a Presbyterian by faith.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Bryan; and brother, Jeff Lucas. In addition to her father and Alberta, she is survived by her daughter, Sondra (Jacob) Snodgrass; son, Michael (Laura) Humphries; step-son, Chris (Gina) Bryan; brother, Richard (Nancy) Lucas; sister, Cathie (Dan) Jones; sister-in-law, Patti (Jeff) Lucas; grandchildren, Joe, Lucas, Isabella, Brandon, Brittany, Brooke, Tori, Adrianne and J.J.; great grandchildren, Zoey, Ava and Harper; and several nieces and nephews.

Sue was happiest when she was spending time with family, shopping with her daughter, playing bingo with friends, or cheering on the Steelers and Buckeyes.

The family would like to thank the caring staff at Heartland of Westerville who became extended family, with special thanks to therapists Louise and Jackie. The family is also grateful to Capital City Hospice.
