ROGER MANCINI
Roger “Blackie” Allen Mancini, 81, husband to the late Sandy (Popham) Mancini, passed away on Sunday April 4, 2021 at Norton Audubon Hospital. He was born to the late Angelo and Pieri (Marinacci) Mancini in Bellaire, OH on May 20, 1939. He is also preceded in death by a brother, James Mancini.
Roger is retired from Ford Motor Company and he was a member of the former St. Clement Catholic Church. Roger was a star football player for St. John High School with a record that is still unbroken!
He is survived by his children, Angela “Angel” Woods (Tony), Christina “Christi” Gilmore (Steve), Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Davis (Todd), Roger Anthony “Tony” Mancini, Laurie Colebank (Brian), and Heather Allen (Matt). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren, his sister Teresa Mancini along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday from 12-6 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Funeral services will be for family only on Friday at 1:00 pm.
Due COVID restrictions masks are to be worn at all times and social distancing is expected.
