CECILIE WATKINS
Cecilie Watkins passed away Friday, April 23, 2021 at the age of 66. The daughter of the late William Krigbaum Watkins and Fayetta Lilley Watkins. Survivors include her dear husband of 30 years, William Partlow; brother, Bill (Ruth) Watkins; niece, Katy Watkins; nephew, David (Hannah) Watkins; and aunt, Gail Zwick and numerous cousins.
Cecilie was born in Wheeling, WV and raised on a dairy farm in Belmont County, Ohio. After graduating from Muskingum College she moved to Cincinnati for a long career in social work at Jobs and Family Services. Cecilie always sought the outdoors whether hiking birdwatching, or gardening. Her home was always filled with a couple of cats and much music.
A Graveside Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Family and friends will gather 12 PM at Spring Grove Funeral Home, 4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223 to form a procession to the gravesite at Spring Grove Cemetery. The ceremony will commence at 12:30 PM.
