JUDY “GRANDMA” GRAHAM

She was born September 19, 1940, in Bellaire, OH, a daughter of the late William Roy Buskirk and Fannie Gibbons Buskirk.

Judy was a retired nurses aide and phlebotomist having worked for East Ohio Regional Medical Center in Martins Ferry and the Shadyside Care Center. She enjoyed traveling to flea markets and auctions and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Fredrick “Fred” Graham Sr.; and an infant son.

Surviving are her children, Daniel W. (Melissa) McMahon, Vickie Shipley, Cindy (Roy) Baker and Franklin Fredrick “Freddy” Graham Jr.; a brother, Fred Buskirk; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and her dog, Theo.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facial coverings and social distancing is required.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., at the Toothman Funeral Home, in Jacobsburg, OH, where services will be held on Wednesday, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
