HUBERT “BUD” ORR
Hubert C. “Bud” Orr, 70, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died June 20, 2021, in Forest Hill Care Center.
He was born September 3, 1950, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Clem B. Orr and Betty Jean Loy Orr.
Bud was a retired employee from Consolidation Coal Co. He was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Bethesda Sportsman’s Club and a Christian by faith. He enjoyed camping, guns, and trucks.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jill Kildow Orr and a brother, Jeffrey Neal Orr.
Surviving is his daughter, Jennifer Marie Orr; son, Eric Charles Orr; sister, Rita (J.T.) Gibbons; Granddaughters, Katelyn Elizabeth Orr, and Sabrina Lynn Foraker; special friend, Louise Horner Matusik; several nieces and nephews; and his dog Ziggy.
Private services were held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Pastor Matt Close officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville.
