E. “ROSE” RIDGELEY
E. “Rose” Ridgeley, 92, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on July 15, 2021 at Rolling Hills in Bridgeport, OH. She was born on January 29, 1929 to the late James Anthony Charovano and Elizabeth (Papp) Maceluch. Rose was Catholic by faith, worked hard all her life as a roofer, home remodeling, and a finish carpenter for Harvey Goodman, in her younger days she enjoyed a shot of whiskey in her coffee, loved to drive, loved her family and playing Euchre.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter B. Ridgeley (together again), and one brother George Charovano.
She is survived by her son James Jr. (Gerry) Robers of Freeport, OH, one daughter Gwendolyn “Wendy” (Richard) Thornton of Rayland, 12 grandchildren including Lori and Sonya Pensis, 14 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren, and one brother Robert Charovano.
