GEORGE LUCAS
George A. Lucas, 81, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died March 5, 2022, at his home.
He was born December 6, 1940, in Baltimore, Maryland, a son of the late George S. Lucas and Nancy Catherine Kirby Lucas.
George was a retired employee of Mansuetto Roofing, a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 159 in St. Clairsville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
George is survived by his loving wife, Karen L. Zonker Lucas; two stepchildren, Amy (Brian) Sheppard and Chip Lawson; two sisters, Kathy Carrol and Bonnie Peters; two step- grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren.
As per George’s wishes there will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
