PHYLLIS BEVERIDGE

Phyllis “Sis” Beveridge, 92, of Bellaire, OH passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022, at home with her loving and caring family.

She was born September 15, 1929 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late William and Alpha (Mayer) McCausland.

Phyllis was a loving and caring person who enjoyed sharing her love through the giving of her homemade blankets. Sis made them for just about everyone she came in contact with — family, friends, and even the chief of police.

She loved caring for her family. Her son, husband, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren meant everything to her! She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 73 years, Howard Beveridge; and her brother, William “Bud” McCauslan.

Surviving are her son, Russell William (Karen) Beveridge; grandsons, Brian (Jessica) Beveridge and Scott (Skylar) Beveridge; great-grandchildren, Mason, Madison, Brek, and Bella Beverage; as well as, nieces, Phyllis (Les) Deluma and Kimberly Freeman; nephews, William (April) McCausland, Michael (Pen) McCausland, David (Jackie) McCausland, Patrick (Cheryl) McCausland and Duane McCausland; brothers-in-law, Robert (Paulette) Beveridge, Robert (Donna) Weekley; and sister-in-law Cecelia (Joseph) Campbell.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory, 441 37th St., Bellaire, OH 43906 on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m. with Rev. Debra Dague presiding.
