SANDRA “SANDY” LOWE
Sandra Kay ‘Sandy’ Johnson Lowe, 72, of Bellaire, passed away on July 10, 2022 at the WVU Medicine- Wheeling Hospital Wheeling, WV.
She was born on March 8, 1950, a daughter of the late Charles ‘Ace’ and Marjorie (Smith) Johnson in Youngstown, Ohio.
Sandra was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bellaire. In her spare time,she enjoyed quilting. Most of all, Sandy dedicated her life to caring for her children as a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Lowe, Jr., and daughter Jennifer Lynn Lowe, and a sister, Wanda Johnson.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Richard Lowe, Daughter, Julianne Lowe of Washington, PA; several nieces and nephews and her chosen sisters, Jodie, Donna and Peggy.
A celebration of Sandy’s life will be held at 1pm on Wednesday July 20, 2022 at the First United Methodist Church of Bellaire. Inurnment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Bellaire Ohio. Arrangements by Bauknecht- Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory, 441 37th Street Bellaire Ohio.
