DANIEL McFARLAND
Daniel D. McFarland, 60, died Sunday, July 31, 2022 at his home in Charlotte, NC. He was born on November 10, 1961 in Martins Ferry, OH, the son of Anna McFarland and the late Thomas J. McFarland.
Dan was a graduate of the Ohio State University. Dan had a long and successful career in computer science and cyber security and spent most of it working at IBM. After retiring in 2019 he had more time to do what he enjoyed, traveling with his family, going to events, and collecting sports memorabilia.
Surviving are his wife, Audrey McFarland, his four children, Jennifer McFarland, Kelley McFarland, Daniel C. (Ali) McFarland, and Ryan McFarland, as well as his mother Anna McFarland, and brothers Timothy (Chris) McFarland and Thomas (Michelle) McFarland.
