CARRIE DAVEY
Carrie E. Davey, 86, of Barnesville, Oh passed away on Oct 10, 2022 at Emerald Pointe. She was born on Feb 6, 1936 to the late Waldo and Hulda (Francis) McMillen. Carrie was a retired homemaker and mother. She loved doing crossword and word search puzzles. She was a radiant Christian whom everyone loved. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Barnesville. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy C. Davey and a brother, Ralph McMillen.
She was survived by daughters, Joanne Cole of Bethesda, Crystal (Terry) Wolford of Bethesda, and Virginia Davey of St. Clairsville; grandchildren, Wendell and Michael Compher, Cody and Tayler Wolford, and Angelic Owens; two siblings, Esther Heaton and Ernest McMillen, both of Newark and seven great-grandchildren
Friends and Family may visit on Thurs, Oct 13, 2022 from 12pm to 2pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, Barnesville Chapel, 702 E. Main St., Barnesville, Ohio 43713. The funeral service will be at 2pm with burial following to Ebenezer Cemetery.
