WILLIAM CAPPELLETTI
William R. Cappelletti, age 96 of Myrtle Beach, passed away Monday, October 10, 2022, at his home with his family by his side. Born December 31, 1925, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, he was the son of the late Louis and Yolanda Cappelletti.
Mr. Cappelletti was a World War II, US Navy veteran and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. A former resident of Martins Ferry and St. Clairsville, Ohio where he was a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a longtime employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Mr. Cappelletti was an avid hunter and sports enthusiast and especially of the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Also preceding him in death is his wife, Billie Von Cappelletti and a brother, Ben Cappelletti.
Surviving is his son, Gary Cappelletti and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to thank Crescent Hospice and Vaughn for the excellent care given to Mr. Bill.
